Where we deliver

Beyond Her Limits currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Available services and any postcode restrictions are shown before purchase. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK.

Delivery times

Our estimated UK delivery time is 2–10 [CALENDAR / WORKING] days from the date you place your order.

This includes order processing and delivery. You do not need to add a separate processing period.

Any different estimate for a particular product or postcode will be shown before purchase.

Bank holidays, courier disruption, severe weather or customs processing may occasionally affect delivery. Contact us if your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window.

Direct fulfilment

We work with fulfilment partners who dispatch products directly to customers. Depending on the product, your parcel may be sent from outside the UK.

Items in the same order may be sent separately and arrive on different days.

Beyond Her Limits remains responsible for handling your enquiries and resolving delivery problems in accordance with your statutory rights.

Delivery charges

Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

No additional import charges

You will not be asked to pay additional import VAT, customs duties or customs clearance fees on delivery.

Any applicable import charges are covered by Beyond Her Limits or our fulfilment partners.

If a courier requests an import-related payment, contact [FULL CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] before paying so we can resolve the matter.

Confirmation and tracking

After ordering, you will receive an acknowledgement at the email address provided at checkout.

Once dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation and any available tracking information. Tracking may take a little time to update after the courier receives the parcel.

If you cannot find your confirmation, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us.

Address corrections

Check your delivery address and postcode carefully.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to amend it, although changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a parcel is returned because of an address error, we will discuss available options and any reasonable redelivery costs before arranging another delivery.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, check whether someone at your address accepted it, then contact us so we can investigate.

A tracking status alone does not automatically remove our responsibility for delivery.

Where delivery fails, we will provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, you may request delivery within an additional reasonable period and cancel for a refund if we fail to deliver. An immediate cancellation right may apply where an agreed delivery deadline was essential or we refuse to deliver.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing. Include your order number and, where reasonably available, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will help resolve the issue under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
